So excited to have this restaurant open in maui - the space has been sitting vacant for too long. It’s beautiful up there at the golf course, the ambiance is perfect the space is well done. The food was alright - i think too many flavours in one dish takes away from the meal. Wine was great service was good. Overall we’ll try it again but i think the lunch options will be more appealing.

We had a wonderful lunch at Gather On Maui. Lots of easy parking, and the views from the restaurant are amazing. Our servers were very amiable, but because the place was very busy, service was a bit on the slow side. The food was great, and we enjoyed our experience there very much. The pork ribs appetizer was wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent. Our server Jules was outstanding. Was very impressed with the Hawaiian music which has completely vanished over the past decade in just about all places of business. A wonderful evening. Thank You

Gather on Maui is a beautiful venue for everything from a romantic dinner for two all the way to the numerous large events and weddings held there. Spectacular sunset views, great service, awesome Mai-Tais, and usually great food. The last time we ate there was the only time I was disappointed in the food. I had a steak which was tough, overcooked, and fairly tasteless, with no hint of any seasoning. Everything else we've had there has been wonderful, but I'd stay away from the steak!

This is only concerning the special event we attended, Paniolo bbq, held outdoors. Another location on the property would’ve been more ideal in order to place the tables in a semi circular fashion, where at least everyone can view the band. We couldn’t see the musicians at all from where our table was. There isn’t sufficient lighting along the buffet table to really see the food we were putting on our plates. There wasn’t proper lighting on the tables to see the food that we were eating on our plate in front of us. The quality of the food was passable. But I definitely think it could be brought up a few notches in standard.

Gather is so much better (I think) from what it was as “Gannon”. The view of this place all around takes the cake! Then you add good food and excellent service, I must say it’s in my top 3 of good eats and awesome view on Maui, so grateful that I also live here in this beautiful island.
