Join us in Wailea for a mouth-watering 5-course meal prepared by our Chef team. Optional wine pairings curated by Master Sommelier, Patrick Okubo. Great food, wine, company, and sunset views. Patrick Okubo is one of only 273 Master Sommeliers in the world & a member of the Court of Master Sommeliers Americas Board of Directors. Born & raised in Kaimuki, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa & his Master of Arts in Organizational Change and Development from Hawaii Pacific University. Please note: your $100 ticket is for the 5-course meal, including taxes and gratuity. Per Maui Liquor Control rules, each optional wine pairing must be ordered and purchased during the dinner.

Our Happy Hour menu is available from 3:00 - 5:00 and offers a selection of tasty small bites along with specials on select signature and classic cocktails, wine and beer. A limited number of regular menu items are also available for those looking for something more substantial to eat. Happy Hour seating is mainly at the bar area & bar tables. Select tables on the Lanai (outdoor) may be made available, but only until 5:00 when our dinner service begins.
