We’re offering three seating times: 9:30 AM, 12:00 PM & 2:30 PM Each reservation is invited to savor our buffet for 90 minutes, allowing plenty of time to relax and enjoy. To help us prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask that everyone clears the space with aloha once their dining time is complete, so we can create a smooth and welcoming experience for all. Mahalo for your cooperation and understanding. Live Music will be featured throughout the day, adding to the festive atmosphere. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Aperture’s standout wines, from a vibrant Chenin Blanc to a bold Bordeaux Blend, with a custom Chenin-based cocktail to finish. Dishes include fire-roasted corn soup, spiced seafood salad, confit chicken thigh, herb-marinated shrimp, and a poached pear tart. Dinner is $105 or $200 with wine and cocktail pairings. Such a great meal, and a gorgeous view of the sunset!! The filet was so amazingly tender and flavorful, and my husband’s Ono was delicious and a very generous portion. Our server Taylor was so attentive, friendly and the pace of the meal was perfect. We’ll be back!

The food was excellent and our server was super knowledgeable, we also really appreciated that there was a kids menu. The sunset views and the property itself were stunning, truly incredible. I would’ve come for a subpar meal for those views but bonus was the food, cocktails and wine list were all expertly prepared. A highlight meal of our trip, thank you!

“Shannon” took excellent care of us yet again. She is charming, always gets our orders right, and it feels like we are seeing an old friend whenever we see her. And we always appreciate getting a perfect patio table with a stunning view.

Beautiful stop for lunch. The pulled pork sandwich with fried kimchi was very good. I loved their glassware for water. Would definitely recommend.
