Garvies Point Beer Garden is an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beauty of every season. Our Beer Garden offers a great selection of craft beer, wine, spirits, and full kitchen menu.

Garvies Point Brewery & Restaurant wishes to provide the best possible experience for our guests. In order to provide that experience, we reserve the right to limit party size to sixteen (16) guests and the right to split the party into multiple tables. If your party exceeds our maximum party limit, we offer a private party option for parties larger than sixteen (16). Please contact our Events Manager @ 516-927-8300 x 101 for more information.

We love this gem in our neighborhood. I had BBQ ribs and we had the pretzel as appetizer. It is always great and service is really attentive and nice. The place has become very popular in Glen Cove and we are happy is blooming.

We asked if our party of 5 could sit outside… we were told no. Yet the entire time we ate inside - the 2 tables that could have been combined for us - remained unused the entire night. Very disappointing. Then only 2 of us ordered entrees - and beers - the rest salads and apps - I was shocked that with tip it came to $264!!!

Food was good but Service was terrible. We ordered an appetizer and it took 30 mins for a pretzel. Our daughter’s sushi showed up 20 mins before everyone else’s food and they made a mistake on our son’s order. Took another 20+ mins to get what he ordered. Don’t know if it was the kitchen, waitstaff or what (they were not overly busy). Disappointed customer.

Great beer, beautiful views, and a welcoming vibe. Their variety of craft beers is simply impressive—whether you're into IPAs, stouts, lagers, or something more experimental, there's something on tap to satisfy every palate. The outdoor bar is the perfect spot to relax, offering plenty of space to enjoy your drinks while soaking in the fresh air. The atmosphere is lively yet laid-back, with TVs strategically placed so you won't miss a game. If you're arriving by boat, the dock space is a fantastic convenience, making it easy to pull up and enjoy the brewery's offerings right on the waterfront.

I feel that for a Brewery the price point on the beers they produce is steep as compared to other breweries I have been to.

Went for dinner on a Monday night at 5pm with family of 5. The atmosphere is very nice and the garage doors were open for fresh air which lent for a pleasant experience. They had many staff members folding napkins and other miscellaneous items. Service was very slow even though there probably were only 10 people total in restaurant. Ordered a coffee which was delivered absolutely cold and it wasn’t an iced coffee! Food was just ok. Had the burger which had flavor. The Bratwurst/roll was a bit soggy. Food average at best. Others, were please with the beer. Food average at best.

Lively ambiance, great atmosphere for dining with a family or group of friends. Food was well prepared and service was good. I would recommend and will return.

Nice place overlooking the water in Hempstead Harbor. The food is good and well-priced. This is a good place to bring children. The noise level is high.
