   I love this place. I dine here whenever I'm in San Francisco. I highly recommend it. However, don't sit in the back room. It is very loud. It is not decorated. It feels like you're in a box. The front room is absolutely gorgeous. The food is the best in San Francisco

   A great neighborhood restaurant. Cozy space, nice wine list, and the chicken Milanese is spectacular!

   We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I’m kicking myself for having taken so long to finally treat myself to coming here. Service was above and beyond. Couldn’t have asked for more. I had the steak frite purely because I was in the mood for some heavy protein, but my husband’s chicken masala? Perfection. So looking forward to returning!

   The front desk really made the evening special by giving us a great window table. Thank you!! The food was delicious and had the great Plato run into several old friends - by chance!

   This was my first time at Garibaldi’s, and I’d say it’s a classic San Francisco neighborhood spot - friendly, approachable, with good food and drink at reasonable prices. It’s the sort of place that people at neighboring tables will lean over to ask what you ordered. We started with excellent roasted cauliflower with a tasty but not overpowering aioli. I had the chicken Milanese entree and it was classic- huge chicken patty, perfectly breaded and crisped, with nice whipped potatoes and a side arugula salad with a little pickled onion, which provided nice contrast. My partner had the salmon, which was perfectly prepared and flavorful. Wine list is good, with a decent by the glass selection, and they have a full bar, which is unusual for such a place. Service was excellent, with a few unexpected classy touches, like bringing the wine bottle to the table before pouring a glass. The place was absolutely slammed and service was nevertheless prompt and attentive. I only marked down a star because it is very, very loud - not a good place for conversation. Otherwise, perfectly enjoyable.

    As always lovely evening with dear friends at Garibaldi’s. Ambience is warm and service is terrific. Food is excellent and only downside can be lack of parking.
