    Always great meal at Gandy Dancer. Would have been 5* but the summer special, char broiled oysters and marrow were pretty bad. Prime rib was fantastic but we came for the oysters and they left spot to be desired for the price you pay. Was no taste anything relating charbroiled and the bone marrow was overcooked and rubber taste.

    Our waiter Nathaniel was excellent. Attentive without being overbearing. Started out with recommendations on what to try, and his suggestion of the baked ricotta was perfect. We never had that before and it is great!

    Our server was very slow and seemed insincere. Not our usual outstanding service so it was a little disappointing. Food was a bit cold as well. I chalk it up to an off night and will visit again.

    Brandon was an awesome waiter!! We ordered the cove sole and the shrimp scampi. Both were delicious and nice size portions. As an appetizer, we ordered the ahi tuna poke, which was exquisite. We even had the train roll by during our meal. I have dined frequently here when I am visiting in A2, as the food is superb. As a side note, I have been a Landrys member for over 25 years. This was the first time in YEARS that the Manager did not come to the table to check on us. (And I even called and talked to Danielle, the day B4 letting her know I am in town and planning to bring a friend to dine at her establishment).

    I requested a quiet table. It was great. But we couldn’t see the trains going by and wave. Iit eas a wonderful dining experience

    Kelly was our server and she was fantastic. Attentive and helpful, while giving our table of eight plenty of time to visit without interruption. The ambiance was relaxing and polished, the menu had ample variety and the food was excellent.
