Serving and preserving the Gaucho’s culture and the authentic dining tradition of the Brazilian cowboy of grilled meats and fresh salads.
With 17 different cuts of meats, ranging from beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and fish, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Hearts of palm, artichoke, sweet beets, asparagus, caprese salad, imported cheeses, and cured meats are only some of the almost 40 items that our gourmet salad bar offers.
Side dishes like garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, traditional rice and black beans, are a perfect complement to the true Southern Brazilian menu.

The meats were ok, but not as tasty as some other Brazilian restaurants I’ve been to. Although I appreciated the effort to serve me well-done meats, I was a bit taken aback when the servers kept offering me meats despite the card being turned red up. When I would say “no thanks,” the response was “it’s well done.” It was almost as if some of the servers thought I should accept the meats since they had gone through efforts to prepare it. It also took the whole meal before I received the margarita I had ordered. I did think the host, hostesses and servers were very friendly and polite with service with a smile. And one server checked on me repeatedly.

Tables are too close together so when you have so many people walking around with meat it’s very overwhelming and chaotic. We had red cards out but they kept coming by so we ended up with our meet getting cold. Servers were very nice and the salad bar was nice, clean and had a good variety.

The wait staff were excellent, the only complaint is you have your card on red and they still come up and ask. If you are going to go by the green/ red card system use it. The price is ok for the food. Plan on using some salt on the steaks, but other than that no complaints on the food. We had a child with us who shared some of our meet and barely ate anything but orange sluices and pineapple and they charged $40 for that.

Outstanding experience, as always! The food quality far exceeds all other Brazilian steakhouses and the service is over the top accommodating.

A crazy mix of rapid service combined with non-stop carving at the table. For a first timer, the system was not well explained. No menu! Hughes salad bar with fresh produce, then carvers come to your table carving slabs of meat to add to your salad. Interesting experience but all too fast. From our arrival to departure was only 70 mins. I want a dining experience for $73/head not a Chipotle fast food.

Felt like an overpriced buffet, and the meat being brought around to the tables was very unappetizing. We actually ended up, leaving with only having a salad and a bowl of chicken noodle soup.

Server was attentive and friendly. Never ran out of water. She did pull my plate prior to being done. Would ask that we ask first. Food okay. Not the best. Meat needs salt
