Gallo's Kitchen & Bar features Creole and Italian cuisine. The restaurant's atmosphere is comfortable and friendly, providing a casual yet memorable dining experience. Head Chef, Tommy Gallo's culinary linage has ties to some of the best chefs of New Orleans. Offering a menu comprising of entrées, appetizers, sandwiches, soup and salads, providing fresh and flavorsome meals.

Popular dishes include Seafood Creole, The Daily Sautéed Fish, Ohio Proud Filet Mignon, Gumbo with rice, Chicken Etouffee, Pasta Russo Bolognese, Gallo's House Marinara, and Gallo's. The Daily Specials consists of creations by the restaurant's chefs. It's based on fresh fish, seasonal produce and local beef to provide customers with a unique dining experience.

Gallo's Kitchen also has a bar area known for an expansive wine list, featuring 24 glass pours and over 30 additional bottle listings. The bar also in known for craft cocktails and premium draft and bottled beers.

As always, Gallos is on point! The food is amazing! I had the walleye, one of their house specialties and it was so good! My husband had the lobster diablo pasta. I’m still licking my lips! To the new chef, great job!!👏

Generally speaking "standard" seating is in a dining room at a table. Bar seating is considered high top in a bar. I would not have my children sit in a bar that is why we made reservations for standard seating. Which we did not get. Service was extremely poor. No bread service no refill water food cold.

We entertained an out of town guest here last night. He really wanted good Italian so I thought this place was perfect. He loved the fresh daily choices and went the Cajun route instead. Always great stuff.

OMG. My wife and I self professed foodies. Have had dinner dates throughout columbus. This is quickly becoming our goto favorite. Amazing feeling walking into a place where you feel like family. Sitting down and being met by friends, and "The Chef" who stops by every table. The food ignites a part of your taste buds that has been asleep for some time. The wine menu is top notch, which my wife enjoys. The service is second to none. Cant wait til my next visit

Gallo’s Kitchen has great food and great ambiance. We sat in the wine room last night for the first time last night. A little loud, but very cool. I always get the seafood creole because it is amazing and my husband loves the etouffee. I want to try their bolognese but just keep coming back for that creole!! Also don’t skip the coconut gelato - yum!

We were 15 minutes early for our reservation to find that, due to overselling, our table was given to another party. Viewing this as an oversight, we waited for the staff to find us a spot, which they did in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered the Arancini, which came out luke-warm and slightly underdone sadly. I had the Fried Perch appetizer, which was probably the best thing I had during this dinner. For entrees we ordered the lobster pasta and the walleye. The lobster came out rubbery and even the pasta was not done right. My walleye, while the meat was fantastic, the sauce was horrible. It left an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth for hours. The atmosphere was nice and the server more than competent. I think I could have forgiven all that as I have a three times rule with new places, don't judge until you investigate on different nights kind of thing. The deal breaker though was in how the floor manager treated us like crap. She told us that "you only have 90 minutes after which we will ask you to leave the premises." After decades of fine dining, I have never been treated like this, nor any of my guests and I will not tolerate or support that level of rudeness. So, bad food aside, being treated like a paying guest with respect and proper etiquette is the very basic measure of a restaurant. In this, Gallo's failed me and my two dinner guests. I will not be back, this joint failed on the first try.
