GALLION'S welcomes guests 18 years & older for an adult only dining experience beginning at 3pm daily. We offer a family friendly lunch dining experience from 11 am until 3 pm, where we welcome guests of all ages. Our bar opens at 11 am. Join us in the Bar daily for exclusive food & drink offerings of Après Beach between 3 & 5 pm. 18+ Dinner service kicks off at 5 pm.

Gallion's came highly recommended by some random people we bumped into in Rosemary. The Red Snapper was highly recommend and did not disappoint. Caleb provided excellent service and we enjoyed delicious wine and a table on the patio.

What an amazing restaurant! Food was incredible and our waiter Gil was the best! I highly recommend and if you're thinking about the carrot cake definitely do it. Best carrot cake I've ever had!!

On vacation and this was our date night spot- let’s start with the positives. The front of house was incredible. Hostess and wait staff were attentive, informative, and pleasant without being stuffy. Excellent, excellent service. The food, on the other hand, was disappointing and uninspired. The mussels in red sauce were tasty, and the fresh baked bread that came with them was a nice touch, the dish was simple but fresh and flavorful. Our main courses were the issue. The double bone in pork chop was very very tough. The sauce was just salty, lacking a complexity of flavor. The risotto was well cooked but average. I’ve had a thousand mushroom and asparagus risottos, what sets this one apart? My partners rock shrimp pasta was gummy and bland. The rock shrimp were not whole, but de shelled and chopped into small morsels scattered throughout the dish. It was passable until she got a whole shrimp tail in her mouth that was sharp and just kind of gross. We stopped eating, asked for the check, and left. If you’re in the Rosemary Beach area skip the over priced yuppie spots with mediocre wine lists and go get a shrimp and snow crab boil in PCB. Grab a 3 dollar michelada and have yourself a real vacation.
