GALLION'S welcomes guests 18 years & older for an adult only dining experience beginning at 3pm daily. We offer a family friendly lunch dining experience from 11 am until 3 pm, where we welcome guests of all ages. Our bar opens at 11 am. Join us in the Bar daily for exclusive food & drink offerings of Après Beach between 3 & 5 pm. 18+ Dinner service kicks off at 5 pm.

Gallion's is an approachable upscale restaurant & cocktail lounge located on iconic Barrett Square in the heart of Rosemary Beach on Scenic Highway 30A.

Sophisticated small plates drive the culinary experience while flawlessly executed coastal favorites anchor the menu. If you’re seeking a top-notch dining experience in Rosemary Beach, Gallion is a must-visit. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and elegant, setting the perfect stage for a memorable meal. Their wine selection is impressive, offering a diverse array of choices that perfectly complement their menu. We started with the blue crab claws, which were a delightful appetizer—fresh and perfectly seasoned. The Caesar salad that followed was crisp and flavorful, showcasing the restaurant’s attention to quality ingredients. For our main courses, we opted for the 30-day dry-aged ribeye, cooked medium well. The steaks were superbly tender and packed with rich, deep flavors that only come from expert aging and preparation. It was clear that Gallion takes great pride in their meat. Overall, Gallion delivers a refined dining experience with exceptional food and an excellent wine list. It’s a spot we’ll definitely return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Food was excellent…..fish dip & fried deviled eggs were yummy and everyone entrees were great. James was spot-on with his recommendations and he was an awesome server!

Outstanding food and service. We have been coming to the beach for 20yrs and this is the absolute best dinning experience we have had in the area. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Butter candle bread!!! Oh my goodness, so delicious!! We had a wonderful dining experience from our lovely server, delicious drinks and amazing steak. And that bread…so good!! A can’t miss dinner spot while at Rosemary Beach! Thank you again Gallions!

Waitress was not very friendly and the table they sat us at was in the main runway of the restaurant. My wife and I felt like we were about to be hit every time someone passed. Not exactly the experience I wanted for my birthday dinner!
