I stayed at the Hilton for a business trip and I dined at the galley three nights in a row. I had a different meal each night. The service was absolutely fabulous. Everything was exquisite for a hotel restaurant and I have to place a special shout out for Heather our server she served me two out of three nights and was nothing but kind!

Great. Except my friend got violently ill two hours later. We are the same things except she had the crab cake and I had the tuna.

Lobster salad on crispy sushi rice was a stand out. Tuna Tataki and Pork Belly were scrumptious. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the service was outstanding for our party of four. Exceeded expectations from the hostess accommodating our early arrival to the recommendations from the wait staff. Will definitely return.

When is dining at one of Palm Beach County’s best restaurants not a pleasure? Our return to The Galley Restaurant was wonderful (we’ve been here many times). The food was, as always, superbly crafted and attentively served (by Dakota last evening- thank you for great service, sir!) in a beautiful courtyard setting (we sat adjacent to the fire pit; marvelous! Marvelous from beginning to end. Yes, a five star dinner and evening!
