The meatloaf and salmon entrees were very good All three chicken entrees had good flavor but the chicken was too dry

To be fair, we are used to a very high quality of food, service and atmosphere. This is the first time we have ever had reason to complain. I have reached out to Gallagher's via email to their info email address but haven't heard back. This was for the Valentines promotion and I suspect this was the issue. First of all service and atmosphere were great as usual and greatly appreciated. Our complaint is that all of the food was tepid at best and my potato was a bit hard. The flavors were all there and I suspect would have been fantastic if the food was hot. Spending any amount of money you would expect hot food, but especially given spending 150 plus tax for the two of us. I suspect that food would have been the typical high standard and food that we always recommend friends and family come to check out. I am disappointed that the email hasn't been addressed yet. We would have complained there but the staff was super busy and didn't want to make a scene. I would not have posted here had we received an email reply.

This was a very nice Valentines day dinner. Food was excellent and the experience enjoyable.

Ambiance was great, food was a mixed bag and not very creative. First course/appetizer with the scallop was very good. Main course baked potato was underdone (crunchy) and pretty basic. Beef filet was good. Red velvet cake was pretty basic, as was the overall meal. Service was very good. Not a great value overall, so we will probably stick with Niche.

Our overall dining experience was good. However are appetizers and salads came out at the same time. Then our meal came out to 10 minutes later. The table was smal and there was just no room. It was very rushed. We had the chicken spieindi and it was a bit dry and different than your typical spieindi it was more breaded not grilled. The drinks were top notch and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The bread pudding is one of the best we've ever had. However, when the main course itself should be the star but t wasn't.
