                                                                                                        We come to this restaurant at least once a week! We love the food - it’s amazing great quality authentic Italian food! The place is very beautiful and staff is extremely professional and friendly. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

                                                                                                        It was my first time dining at Gaby by call me Gaby in Aventura. We had an incredible experience! The food, atmosphere and service was excellent. Both Andrea and Daniele were attentive and courteous. Everything we ordered was delicious. We will be returning soon!

                                                                                                        Last night we had the pleasure of dining at Gaby, and it was an unforgettable experience. The Italian cuisine here is truly exceptional. The fillata burrata dish was creamy and decadent, with flavors that perfectly set the tone for the meal. The lobster ravioli was a highlight – rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Filip was incredibly helpful in recommending wines that paired beautifully with our dishes, enhancing the overall experience. If you're in the mood for exceptional Italian food and great service, Gaby is definitely worth a visit.

                                                                                                        I’m not here to criticize the food because, to behonest, it was delicious and full of flavor! However, I must say, the portions were more “minimalist” than I’d hoped for, and the prices were on the ambitious side. I'm all for paying a premium, but that should come with top-notch service and a memorable experience—neither of which were present here. First off, it took our waiter 15 minutes to grace us with his presence, just to ask if we wanted anything. Then, it took another 20 minutes to deliver a glass of wine. Mind you, the restaurant wasn’t even busy. It was like time slowed down just for us. I ordered the meatballs for $21, which turned out to be three tiny, baby-sized meatballs. They tasted fantastic, but at that price, I expected more than a bite-sized appetizer. Next, I tried the Cacio e Pepe. It was good, but after four forkfuls, the plate was empty—and my wallet was $32 lighter. We also had a watermelon salad for $29 (still trying to figure that one out) and the baby eggplant Parmesan for $21. Overall, these prices in Aventura for what we got just don't add up. From what we heard, other diners aren't planning to return either. Now, I get paying South Beach prices for the ambiance, but Aventura? For $150, including the mandatory 20% tip, I left still feeling a bit hungry and slightly disappointed. I genuinely like the vibe of this place—the atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious. I’d hate to see it go out of business. But if they want to keep customers coming back, they need to either adjust the pricing or serve portions that match the price tag. Something's got to give, or it’ll be bye-bye before they know it!

                                                                                                        Last night, my husband and I, along with friends, had the pleasure of celebrating two wonderful years since our trip to Italy at Gaby. The experience was nothing short of fantastic! We were thrilled with the selection of Italian wines—both the Gavi and Nebbiolo were exquisite and paired perfectly with our starters of burrata pugliese, tomatoes, and prosciutto. The meal only got better from there with a flavorful pot of meatballs, delicious pizza, fiocchetti alle pere, and a fresh, vibrant Niçoise salad. And do yourself a favor—don’t skip dessert! The pistachio gelato, tiramisu, panna cotta, and profiteroles were all divine, and we devoured every last bite. The décor is charming, and the service was warm and attentive, making the entire evening even more special. We left with full hearts and full stomachs!
