Gaba was created by people who love food and all the experiences generated through it. Our main philosophy is continuous transformation, we believe that as we acquire experience and knowledge what we create changes and expands. Our menu does too. We honor the seasons, respecting the cycle of ingredients and source locally, focusing on the quality of the product and the passion of the team that transforms it. Our goal is to be a place where you can experience joyful connection around the table. Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making you feel comfortable and at home. We offer delicious cocktails and a varied and interesting wine selection to compliment your experience. We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.
Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

Increíble ambiente, el personal súper amable, los platillos originales y todos ellos deliciosos de alta calidad, amamos el jitomate confitado con mamey, los esquites con mollejas y las setas. Cada bocado un experiencia inigualable felicidades.

Me pareció una experiencia única ya que tanto como la comida y el servicio es de primera. Se valora mucho todas las explicaciones y recomendaciones de todo el personal. Amé que tienen muchos mocktails para las personas que no toman alcohol. Definitivamente volveré solo por el Not Manhattan 🫰🏾

Some of the best food I’ve ever had. The service was also impeccable and our waiter guided us through the menu masterfully. The timing was excellent as well.

La comida esta deliciosa. Todo lo que pedimos nos encantó. El lugar está muy bonito y vale mucho la pena para una ocasión especial.
