Gaba was created by people who love food and all the experiences generated through it. Our main philosophy is continuous transformation, we believe that as we acquire experience and knowledge what we create changes and expands. Our menu does too. We honor the seasons, respecting the cycle of ingredients and source locally, focusing on the quality of the product and the passion of the team that transforms it. Our goal is to be a place where you can experience joyful connection around the table. Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making you feel comfortable and at home. We offer delicious cocktails and a varied and interesting wine selection to compliment your experience. We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.
Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

Exceptional variety and flavor balancing across all the dishes. Truly a standout meal experience and our most memorable in CDMX. The lamb was a particular highlight - cooked to perfection.

Excelente servicio, me encantó la comida, sobre todo el carpaccio de lengua y la pesca del día, igualmente, el postre que tenía una espuma de tabaco me pareció delicioso y sobresaliente

Comida bien a secas... todo lo que pedimos tenía chile y limón y era color verde. Servicio muy amable. No recomiendo el postre de chocolate, desabrido, mal balanceado y congelado.

An excellent meal for our last night in CDMX. Service was warm, professional and highly informative. Dishes were fantastic- innovative and delicious. I have never had better pork! The pork tomahawk was huge (we took home half after sharing). A beautiful space too!
