Gaba was created by people who love food and all the experiences generated through it. Our main philosophy is continuous transformation, we believe that as we acquire experience and knowledge what we create changes and expands. Our menu does too. We honor the seasons, respecting the cycle of ingredients and source locally, focusing on the quality of the product and the passion of the team that transforms it. Our goal is to be a place where you can experience joyful connection around the table. Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making you feel comfortable and at home. We offer delicious cocktails and a varied and interesting wine selection to compliment your experience. We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.
Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

Estuvo muy bien. Muy bien servicio. Estoy muy triste que ya no van a haber desayunos cuando paga mi gusto son los más ricos

El servicio es excelente, los meseros están siempre atentos y los chefs explican los detalles de cada platillo que sale a tu mesa. Desde las entradas hasta los postres la calidad se mantiene constante, y la ejecución de cada platillo es impecable. En lo personal, uno de mis restaurantes favoritos.

¡Me encantó! Es ma segunda vez que voy y genuinamente considero que es de los mejores lugares para desayunar. La relación calidad-costo es acertada. La propuesta es diferente y deliciosa. El pan francesa es de los mejores que he probado. Me encanta que salga alguien de la cocina a llevarte el platillo que recién terminó de preparar para ti. Y en general todo el equipo ofrece un servicio amable y atento. El café también es delicioso, lo cual suma mucho en un desayuno. El lugar y la decoración son súper estéticos. ¡Gran lugar! Un poquito alta la música en el salón donde cenamos pero en el área de la terraza se apreciaba menos ruido. La comida muy rica con sabores innovadores y porciones adecuadas, el postre de aguacate espectacular. La carta de vinos aceptable con buenas alternativas. Lo que se llevó las palmas y el deseo de volver fue el servicio, puntual amable y siempre regalando una linda sonrisa. Seguramente volveré
