Gaba was created by people who love food and all the experiences generated through it. Our main philosophy is continuous transformation, we believe that as we acquire experience and knowledge what we create changes and expands. Our menu does too. We honor the seasons, respecting the cycle of ingredients and source locally, focusing on the quality of the product and the passion of the team that transforms it. Our goal is to be a place where you can experience joyful connection around the table. Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making you feel comfortable and at home. We offer delicious cocktails and a varied and interesting wine selection to compliment your experience. We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.
Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

A fabulous meal. We ate family style and ordered many many things. The highlights were the spicy meat toast, points, the crudo, the tartar and the Berkshire pork chop. One of the most succulent pieces of pork I’ve ever had.. service was spectacular. Staff was friendly, helpful in picking items and always available when you need them. highly recommended across the board

La carta de vinos es excelente. La carta de Comi es corta, pero tiene grandes productos y elaboraciones. Déjense guiar por las recomendaciones del equipo tanto en bebidas como en alimentos.

Delicioso, pero como todo ya en la Condesa, demasiado caro. Un mezcal a 200$ o más, es ridículo, no tiene razón de ser.

Excellent. The food was so creative and every dish was outstanding (we had 7 dishes). The service was completely on point. It was such a highlight of our trip. Can not recommend it enough.

La comida estuvo genial, el servicio muy bueno y el lugar muy a gusro. Lo mejor es que la música tiene un buen nivel que te permite conversar mientras disftutas de la comida.
