Need more ribeye steak choices. Like a 12 ounce or 16 oz. Run more specials this time of year.

We went to G Prime for my wife’s birthday and it didn’t disappoint! We had the hamachi appetizer, the 10 oz filet ( Pittsburgh style), and the pasta. Everything this was excellent! And the service was outstanding!

Plenty of restaurants aim for fine dining but very few achieve that level of quality & service. G Prime delivered on all fronts. Service was wonderfully paced & the entire waitstaff bussed empty plates. Very clearly a well trained team. Every dish that we had was wonderfully presented & delicious. This experience was a top 5 for sure. We will definitely return on our next trip.

G Prime is an elegant traditional steak restaurant with high quality food and service. Their multi-course dinner special was a good choice. The salmon is cooked with a nice crispy skin and melt in your mouth flesh. The small filet was cooked to the correct temperature and the bearnaise sauce was delicious. The service was attentive including the decanting of a couple of wines that we brought. ($30 corkage fee is a bit higher than other restaurants in Wilmington). We will definitely return.

This was our second dining experience and it was another home run! Definitely our favorite restaurant in our area and our go to for fine dining!

The strip steak was as described by our waiter, Grant, and it was excellent. The red wine Demi glaze was a nice touch and complimented the meal. My wife’s salmon was just so-so but the garnish beneath was nothing less than amazing. I gave the food 4 stars simply because of the salmon. The ambiance was pleasant and colorful and the chairs comfortable. We plan to return sometime soon.
