FYR represents the metaphorical hearth of downtown Columbus with the centerpiece of the kitchen being a wood-fired grill led by renowned Argentine chef, Sebastian La Rocca. Located within Hilton Columbus Downtown, the use of fire & smoke is incorporated into every dish to bring the historical ritual of cooking over an open flame tableside. FYR is a stronghold of culinary passion - a gathering place that honors the emotional, mental and spiritual nature of flame and food.

Guests will be able to sample dishes from our live stations hosted by our very own Chef @sebaslarocca and our 4 local Columbus Chefs: Chef Todd Goodwin with @hiltoncolumbus, James Anderson with @rayrayshogpit, Brett Fife with @lindeysrestaurant and BJ Lieberman with @eatchapmans and @gingerrabbitjazz! Enjoy a live performance by @georgebarriemusic!! Event is from 6pm-9pm. Limited Tickets available. Don't miss this special event!

Beautiful space and service and ambience. Food came out on time and wonderful presentation. Grilled items had delicious flavor. Ignore the fact that it’s in a hotel and experience it for yourself.

Had an amazing time at FYR. The food was exceptional and the service was top notch. The seating is nicely spaced out in the restaurant, so you do feel like you’re on top of one another and not having to hear other conversations around you. Would highly recommend this to others!

Everything we ate was fantastic (grilled octopus starter, plant filet, lamb shank, carrots and potato sides). Shannon the server was excellent and we even met the head chef, Sebastian, who is delightful. High recommend this place!
