In Fusion 27 We are a meeting point for imagination and creativity. The blending of what we are, our roots and what have learned to love.
We are an Italian/Continental Restaurant where our dishes are created from scratch then because of that we can make accommodations for most allergies.
Our dishes are a reflection of our search for new ways of presenting the core of Italian food.

Wonderful restaurant with eclectic menu and great service. We had the Halibut special and Short rib gnocchi. We started with a salad loaded with fruit and flavor. For dessert, we shared the pound cake drenched in coffee with ice cream. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. BYOB. Reasonable prices and large portions.

My wife and I have eaten at Fusion 27 on several occasions. We have found all of the food and especially the nightly specials to be very good. We have never had a bad meal there and highly recommend the restaurant.

The host area in the dining area was inadequate to greet diners. After we were checked in, we had to wait for our table for a few minutes. We didn’t know where to stand and the door that separated the dining area from the tiny “waiting area” had to be kept open. This allowed a draft into the dining area when the door to the street was opened as other diners came in. One of the obnoxious diners screamed at us repeatedly to CLOSE THE DOOR! CLOSE THE DOOR! She might have been a regular and felt that she had the right to talk down to us! The servers were pleasant and attentive. The background music was too loud and not conducive to peaceful dining. The music volume caused all diners to speak loud. The music was too upbeat and more appropriate for a sports bar type environment. The room temperature kept fluctuating and the servers kept having to reach over one of our group’s head to adjust the thermostat. This is annoying. Both the olive oil and bread were fresh and tasty. The roasted peppers and potato appetizer was pricey for chips and few pieces of prosciutto on top. The tuna tartare is clean tasting but small for the price. The fresh pasta was tasty and cooked to proper tenderness. The chicken filet on one of the pastas was overly salted.

Outstanding meal as usual. Jose was terrific. We wee celebrating a friends birthday and was treated to a huge sparkling candle with our dessert. Great experience.

An Outstanding BYOB Dinner Venue - After promptly greeting and seating us, the friendly and professional Fusion 27 staff handled our drinks, allowed some time for conversation, and presented the menu and specials. From start to finish, everything - soup and appetizers, entrees, desserts, and service - was tremendous. Overall, our party had a great time and enjoyed a well-paced dinner in a place which was notably full with terrific ambiance. Thank you Fusion 27.
