In Fusion 27 We are a meeting point for imagination and creativity. The blending of what we are, our roots and what have learned to love.
We are an Italian/Continental Restaurant where our dishes are created from scratch then because of that we can make accommodations for most allergies.
Our dishes are a reflection of our search for new ways of presenting the core of Italian food.

Excellent restaurant! The menu was interesting and delicious. We sat in the patio which was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Service was wonderful- attentive, knowledgeable about the menu ingredients and very friendly. Thank you Chef and team. Highly recommend!

They were understaffed, crowded; therefore, the food quality wasn’t up to par. Over an hour wait for appetizers , the group behind us were obnoxiously loud, and another party, obviously known to proprietors arrived after us, complained of their table, were moved, ordered after us and were fed before us. My wife’s food was disgustingly over cooked, my friend’s steak was charred. They did however took two appetizers off our bill as a gesture of goodwill. We’re questioning wether or not to return.

The restaurant is a gem. Jose’s personality and that of all of the staff make for a pleasant and delicious dining experience the food is reasonably priced including specials and illustrate the chef’s flair! A winner!

We all loved the food, and the service was excellent, but the noise level was difficult on this night with most tables full. Thinking about eating outdoors the next time we come.

Small and intimate spacing. They do have specials that aren’t on the menu that they show you on an iPad. The hostess was absolutely lovely, and the servers were all friendly and accommodating. I had the veal chop, and my husband had the club steak. Everything was delicious. I would go again.
