Took us 40 minutes to get drinks. Really slow service and barely saw our waitress. Odd as it was not busy. Lobster rolls were stuffed with arugula at the bottom and a lobster salad on top. For $34 per serving, should be all lobster in our opinion. On our way out, observed multiple staff around the bar area on their phones instead of working. We have been here multiple times before and had a much better experience. Hopefully this was a one off situation.

We decided to try Fumo as it was local to where we are staying. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. Our dishes were excellent. Portions just right and value for money. Fumo is a casual restaurant, but well worth a visit. We shall dine again before leaving for home in the UK

My husband and I had travelled all day to get to Lake Tahoe and were looking forward to a great meal outside in the beautiful weather. Let me preface this by saying I never usually leave a detailed review, because we are in the business and are very forgiving when we have a bad experience. We were seated outside and then proceeded to wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to greet us. We ordered two glasses of Cabernet and all of our food all at once. Our wine arrived and was warm. We then got our shrimp/crab cocktail. The shrimp was warm, but the crab was cold. The at was very bizarre and a bit concerning. We then decided to share a steak which we ordered medium rare. It came out medium well and had zero seasoning on it. We had waited so long for our food that we didn’t ask for a new one. Our server was very nice, but not very attentive. I would not return here for dinner again!

Cocktails were good, but the appetizers (lobster deviled eggs, crabcakes) as well as entrees (chowder, spinach arugula salad with excessively vinegary dressing) were middling and forgettable. Ambience was nice and service outstanding.

The ambiance and weather were perfect. The food was flavorful and came out at a perfect temperature. Had 3 appetizers, entrees and lots of drinks for our party of 9. Server didn’t have help with drinks and ordering so service was slower than expected but we also weren’t in a hurry. Would have been nice to see someone help our waitress so drinks came out faster. Highly recommend this place for dinner.

Food was mediocre and overpriced. For the area you would expect much nicer. Service was poor. Do not accept American Express card. Would never go back.

Excellent cocktails and food. Enjoyed the clam chowder, sliders and wedge salad. Tight space, but wirkable.
