We offer you the "Fuegos" experience by fusing the folklore of the Argentine cuisine with new gastronomic techniques. We are an Argentine steak-house restaurant, located in El Doral, Florida. An ideal place to taste delicious Argentine beef, an amazing wine selection and to celebrate any occasion on a relaxing atmosphere.

Our cuisine highlights presentations such as Picanha, Rib Eye Steaks and Mixed Grilled Cuts (Parrillada) We also offer homemade pasta and seafood dishes, and delicious desserts.

At Fuegos del Sur we believe that the basis for preparing a good dish lies in the quality of the ingredients. That is why we have top quality products exported directly from Argentina to give you the best local experience in Miami.

The guy plying music. Man. Over the top of full house, we got the music on top…. We could barely talk Valentines day was tough. Staff was completely overwhelmed and disorganized

There were huge cacaphony at in door side of the restaurant. Also servants do have no clue about how to serve or what type of knife to serve as per type of the meat. Even they forgot to serve fork and regular knife. Needless to say salt and pepper containers seems from second World War era. I think if they serve meat with style and such a price tags , they have to be very accurate for knife and specifically salt.

Everything from food to service was excellent. We have visited 3 times and will keep coming back. Highly recommend.

Really nice meal. Only complain is that there was a kid screaming through a whole meal but other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful experience with a very attentive staff. Little noisy because of the relative small dining area. Appetizer were excellent & the food was as equal. Definitely, a place to visit for a good Argentine cuisine while in Doral.
