Such an amazing place to celebrate Christmas! Great music AMAZING decorations and ambiance. Loved it so much we are going back this week!

So much fun but very expensive! Was told $45 when I booked on open table and cover was actually $60. Drinks were $20 each! Must do the shot skis!!!! And check out all floors! And take lots of pictures!!!

This was surprisingly a really bad experience. We waited 30 minutes outside for our reservation which we had to gotten to 15 minutes early. They do not honor the pricing on open table even though it is linked to their website. The reservation does NOT guarantee you seating. It is first come first serve for a table which is just not worth it for paying almost $40-$60 to get through the door. The area where I sat had a draft so it was freezing. They had a menu on the table which was not even the menu they were offering. My hot chocolate was cold. We sat with garbage from the previous people on our table for about 45 minutes. Our food and drinks were served in paper cups and to go boxes, while other people around had mugs and plates?? And people were just surrounding you as you ate hoping to get your table when you got up. Overall, horrible experience lol would not recommend to anyone.

I had high hopes for this experience and it didn’t quite meet them. Despite having a reservation, we still had to wait in line to get in. I don’t feel as though the experience was worth the money to get in. We only stayed for one drink and then left. It looked really cool, but it was much different than I expected it would be.

Open Table charges more than the door. $5 per ticket. Just cause you have a time on OpenTable does not get you a table. Tables are first come first serve. This place was packed to the brim, and it was insane to move around in. Decor was nice. Drinks were good. Did not get to try the food. I regret coming here.

Horrible experience, a con for tourists to experience a “Christmas” themed bar. I will give it to them, they know what they are doing. The decorations were worth the visit, but the drinks, cover, and cost of items was outrageous compared to the experience. “Christmas specialty drinks” tasted like rubbing alcohol mixed with sugary value juice for around $30 a piece. Not worth it. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

Very beautiful and fun Christmas bar, but not enough seats. We thought the reservation for a table would guarantee us a place to sit, but we stood for about an hour. Also, we were only allowed on 2 of the 3 floors because there was a private event happening. That should not have been allowed, or the tickets prices should have been reduced. A little disappointing.
