From The Ground Up Cafe is a full-service breakfast and lunch cafe located in Vineyard Commons in Highland, NY- right in the heart of the Hudson Valley! They specialize in craft coffees, delicious food, and an unbeatable ambiance for spending time with friends, grabbing a quick bite, sitting down in our lounge to work, or enjoying a nice day with friends on our patio!
Try some of our Chef recommended pairings: Steak and Eggs with our locally roasted Coffee or a Purple Lemonade and our scrumptious Tomato and Balsamic Avocado Toast. You can even try our guest favorite- the Chipotle Chicken Panini and an Iced Chai Latte

We did not know that this cafe was in a 55+ community. There were items that they didn't have, for example, when choosing the "Make Your Own Omelette, they did not have spinach, broccoli and asparagus, so my friend settled for cheese. The servers were friendly and courteous but there just wasn't enough to ever bring us back to this cafe.
