Frida Midtown is a Mexican-Peruvian fusion restaurant located in Midtown East, New York. It offers a creative menu, complementing fresh ingredients with flavors from around the world. Some of the dishes you can find there are Birria Tacos, Causa Rellena, Peruvian ceviche, and Drunken Mussels.

We feature live Latin music every Sunday night from 6-9pm. Happy Hour Daily from 4PM-6PM and Live Show & DJ every Friday night after 8:30PM!

Wonderful atmosphere and very delicious food. Barria Tacos, watermelon salad and their famous filet were all exceptional. Staff was fun and personable. Past by it many times, not knowing what a gem it is.

We decided to try this spot right before our flight this weekend. Thought this was Fridas Mexican Restaurant-a chain you see in most cities but upon arrival, we realized this was different and the only Frida's. Cute little vibe and ambiance as you enter. Have a wide range of cocktails and they even do a lunch special. We opened for the chips w/guacamole, esquites, chicken flautas and arroz chaufa. The guacamole is a small dish, maybe 6 chips at most but the pico and guac was very fresh. The esquites-omg amazing! Ate the entire dish myself lol. The chicken flautas and arroz chaufa were also really good. Loved how fresh the ingredients were. Our server was really kind and honest about some of the favorites, what she usually chooses etc. All her suggestions were on point. Would definitely return here if in the NYC area.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. The order took a but of time to arrive but great food and great presentation. Overall excellent!

The food was absolutely amazing! Enchiladas divine!! Portions were a bit on the small side, otherwise 5 stars all around.

Dinner for two during the live music Sunday Evenings is truly a treat. The ambiance was romantic and the food did not disappoint!

Very good servuce, food was well.prepared and delicious, highly recommended. Vibe & setting are unique, would definitely return. Can't say enough about staff & service-- the drinks are also very well made especially the espresso martini! Was a great place for lunch on a Sunday afternoon!

Nice ambiance, attentive service, nice size drink that lasted through dinner. I regret getting the rib eye steak instead of trying a Mexican or Peruvian dish.
