“Fresko” meaning “fresh” inspires our creation of seasonal menus made from locally sourced ingredients. Fresko makes natural food from the bounty of Iowa farms whenever possible. The culinary team prepares product from start to finish applying natural time honored techniques with care at every step. This enriches the flavorful and nutritious product we serve and benefits our community. Fresko believes we are what we eat and eating well means living well.

Fresko features a splendid assortment of original cocktails with a deep spirits menu and a beer program with sixteen beers on tap in addition to bottles and cans. Fresko's wine menu focuses on quality selections at a great value to our guests.

Enjoyed our first brunch at Fresko. Hailey was our server and she was awesome. The food was very good and priced reasonably for the portions. You can't go wrong with the omelet or pancakes--both were perfectly prepared and filling. Some drinks tended to be a little pricey for what they involved and the portion, but they were delicious.

Don’t miss an opportunity to eat here. Every menu item is so perfectly crafted from fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. We did not have a bad dish in the two meals we ate there. The cocktails are fantastic as well, the ones I tried and loved were the old fashioned’s (both the peach and grilled pineapple) and the “Trip to Jalisco

Always great food at Fresko. Could do with lowering the music volume but otherwise enjoyable!

The service was quite slow. Once we received our food it was cold. Also the English muffins were just sliced at not toasted at all. It was our second visit in 3 weeks and the prior visit the device was fine but the food came out cold also. Our visits were on Sunday and we had breakfast items. The manager came over and apologized and said that this was all unacceptable and they comped the our meal including the alcohol. They made things right. We have dined there several times for dinner at it was always good. Will go again
