The tuna was fantastic, the perch was mildly seasoned but plentiful. We both liked the side salads - which were very large. The blue cheese dressing was great! Service was prompt and friendly. All in all a good experience.

Service was attentive and the food was excellent. I enjoyed the local smoked whitefish dip as an appetizer. It came with warmed pita chips, a generous amount of large capers and diced red onion as garnishes. I ordered the margarita flight and fried perch dinner. Both were excellent.

Very good food but very pricey and hallway by bathrooms smelled bad and cob webs in corners of hallway that were not just there a day Floors in hallway and by bar very dirty too Should be clean for meals running 20 plus per serving

Excellent place, especially if you are sitting next to the window. The salads are fresh and unusual.

I have done several ratings and Freshwater has proved extremely consistent in quality of food, service and ambience. My family is pleased to have such an excellent restaurant in the area. Since the Sunday night specials have begun, we have been going almost every Week. The value of the meal is terrific. The Sunday night special will be over by the end of April, but we will continue to eat there to try out other menu delights.

The food was great, the service was excellent and ribs were superb. We went twice in march and enjoyed it each time. The place was unusually crowded for a Sunday night, perhaps word has spread about the Sunday night Specials. With all the tables full, the noise levels were higher than usual.

Once again we went on Sunday Night for the Rib promotion but this time we took a guest. The three of us enjoyed the half rack of ribs. The service was very friendly and the seating didn't feel constricted. Great view Little Bay de Noc and the surrounding area. Always a great value and the regular menu is superb.
