I have been to this restaurant several times but was completely taken aback with their food this time. I ordered the Tiger Bowl with soba noodles (a dish I have eaten several times here). What I was served was soba noodles and greens completely drenched in oil, so much so that there was no other taste to it..all I could taste was oil. With that was a handful of cashews and cubed red pepper on the side. The tofu was again inedible because it was way too salty. One bite and I had to leave my entire dish. I did complain to the management and we were not charged for the dish. The hummus appetizer on the other hand was delicious. But all in all this was a very disappointing experience at a restaurant that I have enjoyed eating at in the past.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times. All three times it was very disappointing. Servers not very welcoming or interested . Food is awful Apps are all deep fried , very unhealthy. So go for “ a bowl” sounds good but again disappointed , comes with rice or noodles, I dont eat either so asked for quinoa. NOT AVAILABLE. Salad came with none of the above asI had-no other choice. Big chunks of flavour less tofu😛. Way to much dressing , and overpowering garlic. Needless to say. Not going back

The food was great as usual. We bought the dinner bundle which included an app and 2 meals. Our omni friends said that it was really good and they didnt miss the meat!

A great place for Vegan eating. Airy, great location in downtown Oakville and the staff are always very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. Can't go wrong.

Love fresh so much. Service was a bit slow. We waited a while paying. I asked for a few modifications on my order and unfortunately they weren’t fulfilled. But they did give me a deal when I wanted an appetizer item as a side!!!! That was so nice and appreciated. Friendly staff, beautiful location and delicious food

had the quinoa onion rings - always delicious. Had the greek salad, friends had the broccoli chick'n and cauliflower tacos - it was their first time at Fresh. Everyone loved everything.

I like having my meals in peace. This was quite the place I was looking for! I went with my friend as she wanted to try it. I am glad she asked me to join her! I’m dying to take my husband here now! Can’t wait to go again
