Fremantle Bar & Kitchen has been inspired by the history of the docks that surround it and draws on the influences from one of its longstanding trading partners, Australia. Looking to Australasia as a dining destination that riffs on culinary combinations from the Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia and South America, Fremantle Bar & Kitchen will excite with adventure and innovation through its all-day food and drink menus that will be big on flavour, colour, and contrasts, with high nutritional and health elements, too.
With a warm, ‘neighbourhood’ welcome at the expansive bar, or table in the open-plan restaurant, Fremantle will introduce a completely new laid-back drinking and dining experience to Docklands, that’s perfect for all occasions from weekend brunch and after work drinks, to weeknight dinners and team meetings.

What an amazing experience for me and my family. The staff was brilliant in knowing how to keep an excited 2yo fully immersed, while we enjoyed our meal and drinks. I would like to thank all the staff for creating a friendly atmosphere, going above and beyond for my little rascal & providing exquisite desserts to end the meal! We loved every second!

Absolutely loved it. The new Fremantle looks amazing and the food and service was excellent! It was a a great atmosphere and my kids loved it too! Would recommend the pork belly, my daughter said the burger was the best she’s ever had and ate the whole thing! Can’t wait to go back.

Staff were simply amazing! Very energetic and kind. Was my birthday and they treated me to a complimentary drink and some lovely truffles. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience

As we entered the restaurant we found a magnificent setting in a newly refurbished restaurant, chairs, tables and banquettes with leather seating wonderful colours. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering food from starters to the final offering of deserts. services matches the high quality food, well informed and knowledgeable waiting staff. I highly recommend.

Amazing new restaurant with a cosy ambience, adorned with lots of plants. The food is delicious and the pork belly is very tasty. I had a Strawberry Pina Colada cocktail and now it is my new favourite. :) The staff is very friendly and attentive to customers 'needs. I really recommend it.
