Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse is just the beginning of a new generation. This heritage began back in the 1940’s when Fred & Amelia Saliba opened the very first restaurant in the Saliba family. Although Brian wasn’t with his grandparents in the beginning, he was raised under the careful training of his father and mother as they carried on the family tradition.

Because of this training, Brian began to love the restaurant business and pursued a career in the culinary arts. The initiation of his training began at O.S.U. in the college of Hotel & Restaurant Administration. During this time, Brian was able to train as an intern under renown chefs at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where he earned the right and inspiration to advance.

As Brian progressed in his training, his desire to become a restaurant owner continuously increased. They have now begun the new generation of restaurants in the Saliba family, Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse.

Strip steaks were not cooked as ordered, manager was very rude and confrontational over correcting the steaks. Ultimately my steak was too tough to eat so I had it taken off the bill. This was my mother's 82nd birthday party and the restaurant did nothing to help her feel special, seated us at a crowded table in the flow of traffic. Salad bar was pretty bad and not properly stocked. Restrooms are not ADA compliant and we had to leave early because my elderly mother could not enter the toilet stall with her walker. Overall a very poor experience and I can't recommend it at all.

Not much atmosphere! Food decent, but steaks not as good as many others, like Kat's (Lamont), Clicks (Pawnee), Rusty Barrel (Ponca City), or Texas Roadhouse (Stillwater). Not worth the cost! Excellent waitress!!!

I was visiting Stillwater, OK for graduation then made reservations at Freddie Paul's Steakhouse for Mother's Day. First we were seated, as a party of six, near the traffic of both the servers and kitchen and the customers coming in to eat. I asked for a different table, resulting in a better sitting situation. Honestly, the price of the food did not equal the quality of the food. We had an order of shrimp pasta that included 3 shrimp and a ton of pasta, an order of kabobs in which the meat was overcooked, an order of Mai Mai fish which was also overcooked. Many individuals in our party had empty glasses and had to request refills which shouldn't happen in a place where you spend $300 to eat.

We ordered a Pinot Noir and a bourbon single cube. Ended up getting bourbon with crushed ice and a Chardonnay. Manager told me he did not know the difference between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pork chop average. Coconut shrimp good.

Bad experience from the start. We were reprimanded by the hostess and the front-of-house manager for being 10-15 minutes early for our reservation. Since this was our first visit and it being Graduation and Mother's Day weekend we wanted to make sure we were not late for our reservation. We had no issues waiting until our reservation time, which we patiently did. Once seated, we ordered a bottle of wine, which we later found out was understandably sold out. We ordered 3 drinks from the bar, one of which was incorrect but the server corrected the issue. We ordered 2 steaks both medium-rare. When surrounding tables were served their steaks they were all asked to cut into their steaks to verify the cook was correct. We were NOT asked. One of our steaks was medium and the other was well-done, both completely over-cooked and the well-done steak was inedible. We communicated this to our server and told her that she needed to let the chef/kitchen know of this issue. At no time did a manager EVER come to our table to address our issues, either to make the meal correct or offer alternatives, etc. Such a shame to end a great weekend in Stillwater with a poor meal & poor experience.

Everything we had was really great! Out table had steak, chicken, pasta, seafood and the tenderloin appetizer was outstanding! Service was friendly & efficient. Can’t wait to go back!

Crab stuffed shrimp was served cold w/raw shrimp. Caesar salad was served after entrees. Had to ask for rolls, steak knives were brought to the table after finishing steaks using butter knives. Under cooked sea bass. Will never go back
