We were given a window seat which was very nice and much quieter than the rest of the restaurant. The appetizer charcuterie board was very good. It would have been better if the bread had arrived before we were almost finished. The pasta dishes were fine but nothing spectacular. Except for the late arrival of the bread, the service was great. Our server was very pleasant.

A long time Fratelli fan, we were a little disappointed with our experience yesterday. The spaghetti and meatballs was luke warm and the meatballs were very dry and bland.

The food was very good, but the noise level was unbearably high. Won't go back unless something is done about it.

The food is awesome and reasonably priced. The front part of the restaurant can be a little noisy so ask for a table at the back if you are looking for a more quiet experience. We eat here regularly and have only experienced one food issue in all our visits which was resolved within 3 minutes literally. The customer service is outstanding. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Bravo et merci.

Place as very hot and extremely noisy sound echos with the low ceilings. They need to do something to improve the sound and make the dining experience calmer nd LESS NOISY!

I’m sorry to say that we will never return to Fratelli’s on Richmond Road. The food, wine, service were all good. Decor welcoming. But the noise level was deafening. We could not even talk to each other without shouting. Not the relaxing birthday dinner we were anticipating. So disappointing.
