Frankie’s The Steakhouse boasts an upscale traditional steakhouse menu paired with a distinctive Italian twist. Located on the third floor of 6500 Sugarloaf Parkway. It is Gwinnett’s newest and finest steakhouse.

DRESS CODE:

As a sign of respect for fellow guests, everyone is encouraged to dress for the occasion. We kindly request you refrain from wearing shorts, open-toed shoes, tank tops, athletic wear, excessively revealing clothing, ripped jeans, hoodies, beanies, and baseball caps. Jackets and collared shirts are strongly encouraged. We greatly appreciate your respect for our guidelines. I’m writing this with a heavy heart as this could’ve been avoided with clear communication and a little bit of empathy. I celebrated my birthday here in September and had the most pleasant experience and decided I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday here as well. We started out with only 8 guests and as we got closer to her birthday more family members confirmed so I submitted a second reservation. I called to ensure we could be near one another and was told yes. This was the first failure in communication because turns out the answer should’ve been, we will try to accommodate you however we can’t guarantee it. This would’ve allowed me to make a decision to find another place to celebrate this milestone. When we arrived I was told, “sorry we were not able to put the tables near one another, is that ok?” Of course it was not ok but having 16 family members standing there ready for a late dinner there was not an option for anything else. The second communication gap was not being able to bring celebratory balloons. Not a huge deal but again I would liked to have known that in advance so I could’ve made a decision on whether to make that purchase or not. Now I want to address the lack of empathy because our tables were so far apart it doesn’t feel as if there was even an attempt to accommodate my request. There were empty tables which I’m sure were reserved however there was no attempt to explain why things couldn’t be moved around. My daughter recently retired from the military and this was her first big celebration where she was going to be together with her family and she was so disappointed to have to walk back and forth across the restaurant to spend time with both tables. All in all we made the best out of the situation I just want everyone to understand what to expect if you’re ever in this situation. It was completely avoidable with clear communication and them providing alternative solutions if my request couldn’t be accommodated.

Frankie's is one of the finest steak restaurants in the entire Atlanta metro area. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are absolutely phenomenal! I enjoy one of the best steaks I ever ate. Frankie's also offers a wide selection of Italian and other taste tempting delights. Our servers, Daniel @ Audiel were great and even provided us with a few menu suggestions. The manager, "April" made several visits to our table just to make sure everything was to our liking. This was our first visit (12/13) but we are likely going to become regulars. We will definitely return...very soon!!!

Best steakhouse so far! Went to Frankie’s for my daughter’s 16th Birthday dinner and everything was just perfect! They had complimentary valet parking and the entire staff crew was amazing. Our waiter, Patrick was the absolute best. Can’t wait to visit again.
