Breakfast for two on Saturday September 14th. Delicious food…some of the best classic eggs Benedict I’ve had in a long time. Great key lime pie too. The best part was our charming server… I recall her name is Maryia. Great job!

We had a nice brunch with out of town relatives. The service was excellent, server was really nice and other staff were attentive to remove finished plates. Definitely recommend for families. Good selection on menu for everyone.

The food was good. the only issue we had is a mouse/rat was running around the dining room. We told our waitress and she was not really too concerned about. She did say she was going to tell her manager but I do not believe her. She was dismissive about our concern. We loved he food but would not go back because there was a mouse/rat running around the dining room. Can only image how many were running around the kitchen/food prep areas.

Hi Rhonda Thanks for taking the time to review your experience. I was sorry to see your experience fell so short of our standards. From time to time we do deal with unwanted guests in our dining space, some more brazen then others. I can assure you we take their presence seriously. Like all restaurants in the city we do have a pest control plan in place and do receive regular inspections from our local Pest control company, as well as Island Health. The Vancouver Island Health authority posts all of their health inspections online if you were ever curious. If you ever wanted to take a tour of our kitchen or food storage areas we would be more then happy to show you around and reassure you how seriously we take our pest control measures. Great location in near Victoria harbour. Service is great and the waitresses were friendly and very helpful. Food was good, portions were big and we couldn't finish everything on our plate. The ladies went the extra mile to pack our excess food into boxes and tape them up to avoid spillage. Would definitely recommend in future.

We're always happy to meet friends at Frankie's Modern Diner. It's accessible if you go in on Broughton Street and use the elevator to go to 2. Always great wait staff! A downtown treasure for eating with family and friends.

We enjoyed all our breakfasts at Frankie’s. We received excellent service, delicious food, and the atmosphere was terrific! Staff were all friendly and professional. Food and coffee were served promptly.
