Horrible experience. Avoid this restaurant!! 6:45 reservation for four and we were seated on time. Waitress finally came over about 30 minutes later with water and took drink order and we insisted she take our food order. She seemed annoyed with that. Said she would be back w drinks and bread. 20 minutes later one drink was bought. After an hour 2/4 meals were brought out looked great but cold. We tried flagging the waitress down several times and she ignored us. Came over, once again annoyed. Said the other two meals were ready and would go get them. After another 15 passed, still w no food brought out, we left the money for the two meals we got and left after being there just over two hours w no food for half our party.

The food was delicious. Unfortunately they are so short staffed that we waited over an hour for our drink and an hour and a half for our meal.

Last Friday, my friend and I arrived 5-minutes early for our 8pm reservation. We were met at the front door with befuddled glances from patrons and wait staff alike. Frankie’s appeared to have one waitress and one bartender on the floor, and both looked directly at us at some point, while continuing to ignore my friend and I while we patiently waited to be seated. After about 7-minutes of standing idly, and awkwardly, analyzing the menu, we decided to try a different nearby Italian restaurant. Food was great! In their defense, there was one waitress working a few tables. That said, the room was quite small. The staff made no single attempt to communicate with us. We were visibly seen, yet in no way acknowledged. Worst dining experience I’ve ever witnessed. Thanks, Frankie’s!

We were very happy with the selection on the buffet and the quality of the food. My favorite was the roasted vegetables. eggs benedict, and potatoes. It is very hard do good eggs benedict on a buffet and the eggs were soft the english muffin was lightly toasted. There was a great selection of breakfast danish and the coffee was great and included in the price of the buffet. We were a group of 10 and we were very pleased The staff was very attentive to our group. We will definitely return.

We went there to celebrate two birthdays and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The menu was outstanding, the wait staff was very attentive, and the chef was awesome! We were given a birthday celebration like no other. Will definitely return for other family celebrations.

We went in for a Sunday brunch which was buffet style. Service was attentive and helpful. We were informed that all food is farm to table and I look forward greatly to stopping back in to try the full lunch and dinner menus! Hidden Gem if you ask me!

We found Frankie’s - now under new management and exquisite culinary leadership by chef Shannon Woodward - by accident. It was one of those amazing gems we found while on the road. Service was amazing and the food delicious. Home made bread; a mouthwatering fig + goat cheese + prosciutto starter; steak tips prepared to perfection, and fresh pasta and bolognese sauce with home made Italian sausage! How can you go wrong with that???? And a nice wine list to select a perfectly pairing wine! We will be back soon; for sure!!!

In today’s world I have sadly become to expect mediocrity. Imagine my surprise to encounter excellence in every aspect of Frankie’s Bistro. Service was over the top,food was amazingly great. I can’t say enough good things about our experience there. 🙂 Just a little noisy,but I am a grumpy old man so it probably wasn’t that bad!
