Located in East Nashville - It’s New York-style Italian, thanks to Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli, who’ve brought their 20-year-old celebrated Frankies 457 Spuntino south from Brooklyn, complete with the antipasti, cured meats, and housemade pasta that made the original famous. Our server Lauren was phenomenal! We absolutely love Frankie’s. We started going to the Brooklyn location, and when they came to Nashville we were thrilled! They have taken Italian to the next level and the vibe is great. My only comment is that the music is very loud; each time we go we remember how hard it is when having a conversation.

We love coming to this restaurant. The only criticism I have is that we made a reservation for six and they put us by the main door and so we kept getting cold all night. We were removed from the main room, which is what we were really looking forward to of course the food and service were just wonderful, but we were really missing being part of the main action. My suggestion as the diner is to call and request not to be placed by the door, separated from everybody.

Frankie’s is hands down the best Italian food in Nashville, do not let anyone tell you otherwise. The hot sausage and cavatelli is life changing.

Love Frankie’s! Such great place for really any occasion. We love the meatballs, the Cesar and the cold ribeye. The prune mascarpone dessert was also wonderful. Great prices, great portions and even better staff. Always a great experience!

This was an outstanding meal. We went to dinner with some friends and we got an assortment to taste each others since this was our first time. With the help of our attentive server Alex, we started with the Antipasto Plate and it was very good. For dinner we had the Cavatelli & Sausage, Eggplant Marinara, Porchetta and the Chicken Scarpariello. All of them we fabulous with our favorites being the Cavatelli. We also got a side of meatballs which were very good too. We finished the night having a dessert each: tiramisu, creme brulee, ricotta cheesecake and then the prunes with mascarpone. The clear winner for dessert was the cheesecake. Highly recommend stopping in for dinner, we will be back. We have also heard great things about the pizza and intend to grab some in the future.

Very nice experience. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Was a bit noisy. Homemade focaccia a d olive oil are delightful. Beet and avocado salad are a must. Suggest grabbing a “desert” slice of pizza from the pizza shop after meal. One of the better slices in Nashville.
