A walk through the doors into the fabulous Frankie Bones Restaurant & Lounge takes you back to the carefree style of the early 1960s and t's restaurants in the big cities across America. Frankie Bones serves coveted American-Italian cuisine seven days a week and is located next to WiseGuys on Main Street on Hilton Head Island and off Buckwalter Parkway in Bluffton. Lunch at Frankie Bones is about signature sandwiches, homemade soups, fresh seafood, crisp flatbreads, entrée salads, and premium pasta dishes. Always fresh and always fabulous! Served from 11 AM until 4 PM, Monday through Saturday, Frankie Bones is the perfect atmosphere for a business or family lunch.

This is one of my favorite local restaurants. Food is fresh and well prepared. Service is very good. A dependable spot for Sunday brunch, lunch, or dinner.

Inwas expecting great. It was just ok. Veal piccata couldn't even eat. It was thick and undercooked and the sauce jusy tasted like brown butter. Not piccata at all. My husband's order came out incorrect. Step daughter loved her ribs.

Oktoberfest menu is fabulous!! Sauerkraut and pork was to die for! Brought back memories from growing up Pennsylvania Dutch! There are several other items on the menu I’d like to try. Can you say “Apple Streudel”? Love Frankie Bones!

Often, when visiting tourist heavy places, restaurants that do a lot of advertising don’t always live up to the hype. Frankie Bonz is a real gem in the sea of restaurants in Hilton Head/Bufford area. We had a great time, the service was excellent, the ambiance was lovely and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back when we are in town!

Frankie Bones is having an Oktoberfest running now where there is a host of German foods on the menu that normally are not. My wife, who is German (from Germany) and who is a finicky eater did the special sampler of a variety of dishes and said each one was very good. Service was way above average and it was a very pleasant experience for all.

Extremely disappointed we stop 4 times a year on our way to south Florida and have always enjoyed FB thought I’d try the BBQ ribs - try- chewy- really not good at all- loved the spinach salad - guess I’ll just go back to the pork chop or something else I’ve ordered in the past- if we return

This was our first bad experience in all the years we've been going to Frankie Bones. My husband ordered the mussels for the first time. A third of the shells were empty, another third were tough, and the portion was small, with a lot of broth, rather than mussels. When he complained to the server, she just said she was sorry, didn't offer to have anyone senior come over or bring him something else. We love Frankie Bones and will continue to go back, but we will never order the mussels again, and you shouldn't either.
