We went to Frank's on the suggestion of two friends who had been there separately and loved it. We were there for a good-bye lunch for an elderly friend who was moving permanently out of NYC. We wanted to treat her to a genuine NY Italian meal and Frank filled the bill. The staff was especially accommodating and solicitous, especially to our friend, asking if we wanted the music lowered, cheerfully making whatever substitutions she requested to her meal, etc. We all found the food delicious, especially the pasta dishes. Desserts were great, too. We will definitely return.
