The menu and specials are amazing. The service is outstanding and the food phenomenal. Truly a neighborhood excellence in all categories. We love giving gift certificates from Francennelo’s.

Our experience was not the best. They had NO steak in the entire building. We went on a Saturday night around 7pm… Drinks were not made well. Heavy handed on the mixers and diluted the drinks. Would not return.

I love the food here. The service is excellent. The prices are ridiculously high. It would be so easy for them to make it appear that the customer is getting a better value. They have a tasty chopped salad that is $16 and the size is soooo small. By adding a little more romaine or pasta and serving it in a bowl instead of a plate, it wouldn’t feel like such a rip off. We will go back, but not as often as we used to.

Decided to both try the fish. I had mahi-mahi and my guest had salmon. We both asked the waiter if we could substitute a vegetable for the potatoes and we’re told no. That’s pretty disappointing and unnecessary. The salad was great. The fish left a little to be desired, which was disappointing for Franconellos because usually the food is fabulous. I suggest you have a little flexibility with substitutions, especially when it’s really not a price point matter.

Excellent food and service. Went for my daughter’s bday and they brought her a sweet treat and sang. Very nice.

First time on the upstairs balcony, and it was fabulous! Juan was our server, and he was so attentive and knowledgeable. First time there for our guests and they can not wait to go back!
