   Pasta was salty and too much pepper! Carpaccio had too much lemon; we should be the ones putting lemon in our food…

   It has been awhile since we have been here but based on tonight’s service and food we will be back shortly. This really is the best representation of a restaurant you would find in Italy right here in Orange County. Best Osso Bucco and Branzino in a long time. Can’t wait to go back.

   The Francoli experience has always been amazing to me and my wife. We came today to celebrate our marriage after we went to the OC recorder for our marriage certificate and ceremony. We’ll be officially celebrating in Verona, Italy as that’s where my wife is from. The food is always 10/10 and the staff are as friendly as can be. I always recommend Francoli to anyone seeking the authentic Italian cuisine experience

   EAT HERE! Classy without being snooty. Met a friend/colleague for lunch and went by the day before with a question about the reservation. A server named Destiny welcomed me and answered my question, assuring me a table would be ready when we needed it. I got there way too early on the day of our reservation, and the staff kindly gave me options for where I could wait. As for lunch - the food was DELISH, the vibe welcoming and easy, and the service was AWESOME! Destiny was attentive and friendly, a wonderful representative of the Francoli brand. She helped create the kind of experience that makes me want to go back. There are many, wonderful dining options in the Orange Plaza, and Francoli is definitely at the top of that list.

   Service was okay. Manager seemed rude to other staff and had to ask for our order to be taken. Food was great!

   Server tonight was Brian. He was quite experienced for being a new server at the restaurant. Our dinner was phenomenal !

   As usual, excellent penne bolognese coupled with attentive service preceded by a cordial hostess. A very consistent Italian restaurant on all fronts. Thank you.

   Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Our waiter Brian was very helpful in explaining dishes and recommending wine. Rudy the assistant bringing water, bread, cleaning tables is always very helpful.

    The entree I ordered was supposed to be a creamy sauce with brandy and seafood over pasta. The sausce was more of a tomatoes base that was creamy at all and I tasted no brandy flavor or any flavor at all. It was very blandt tasting and was just warm not hot. The service wasnt that good either. We hardly saw our server and just didn’t seam motivated. He never came to check on us and took forever to take our order for drinks and the appetizer. The ambiance was nice and the salad was enjoyable, the bread was ok as well but could be more fresh. We only left 10% for the tip and we won’t be back.
