Airy, elegant FRANCINE, which sits in the luxury wing of Scottsdale Fashion Square, exudes the charms of le midi (the south of France), homeland to celebrity chef-founder Laurent Halasz who re-creates specialties of the Mediterranean region. Always great meal when I’m in Phoenix. Every time I go, I try something new and I have yet to be anything but blown away.

We have been coming here for years. Always consistently great food and excellent staff. This time the food didn’t live up to usual standards. Olives were delicious. We ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. Bread on the sandwich was tough and didn’t taste fresh. The sandwich was cold even though it was to be grilled and served warm. French fries which are always hot and delicious were cold and seemed day old. We love Francine’s and will still be back. We know once in awhile places have an off day.

We tried Francine for the first time this weekend. The food was amazing. Our service was outstanding. We will definitely come back often!
