We came on a holiday weekend, so it took them roughly 15 minutes to seat us, but once they did, the service was excellent, the food was very unique and tasty, and while it was loud inside, the ambience was very nice.

They’re a busy restaurant so expect to wait a bit for your table even with a reservation, especially on weekends. But once you’re seated the service is really great with very attentive servers. Warning, music is very loud at the restaurant. The food though is incredibly delicious. It’s super expensive and the portions could be bigger but the flavors of everything are really great. Worth the splurge for a special occasion.

The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive. Beautiful place! Loved the Octopus appetizer! Both mine and my boyfriend’s dinner was nothing short of spectacular! Highly recommended.

Overall food and wait service was great but host stand was awful. We were one minute late they told us we lost our spot even though I could go on open table and book a reservation for 30 minute from them at first the lady said they would not honor it then they changed their mind. Bar service a plus food a plus and waiters we great.

After promising to stage the courses, the waiter brought the enteees while we were starting the appetizers. The $75 “wagu shortribs” was a single fatty rib. My chicken dish was over cooked. Our mussels were good but I was sick the next day. This one is on our list only for brunch going forward. They do those well.

Love this place! Every time we get to Arizona, we make a point of going to Francine. Delicious food, incredible service. Will be back.

Drink order after seating “forgotten about” by 2 separate staff members. Overall service was slow. Grilled octopus was fine. Lobster pasta was too spicy and the steak somehow tasted - bitter? Espresso martini watered down, overall serving sizes lacking even for an upscale restaurant considering the price point and quality. Nothing about this place excited me, everything disappointed. Likely will not return. Do not recommend.

Francine has the unique ability to make Mediterranean food feel heavy and overwhelming. After the starters I was surprised at the level of execution especially with the octopus. Top notch. I was excited for what was next. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. Everything was in need of some acid. The sea bass was a good idea but when I ate it my mouth was just filled with oil. Even after I was done there was a bowl of oil left on my plate. Too much. The chicken was the same, good idea but chicken and honey and olives needs some preserved lemon or something to give your mouth a break . So good ideas and great execution but ultimately poorly conceived dishes. Lastly the desert selection was like I was in a bistro in 1993 or something. Francine has nothing new to say, and the story they tell you’ve heard many times before.
