This was our 3rd visit to dine (have been for drinks at the bar several times). The service was excellent, our server and the food runners were very attentive and very pleasant. The portions are plentiful, so we shared, amongst 3 of us, the Scallop Tartare as an appetizer. I did not find it as good as previous times; this time it was a bit fishy/oily. It comes with avocado and toasted bread pieces, which have a sprinkling of olive oil, and herbs. Entrees: Canelones with Aji de Gallina, excellent and different from the regular Aji de Gallina which comes with rice. Also had the fish VSOP, slightly crispy fish rolls serve with a mustard cognac sauce and the sword fish. The sword comes with sautéed vegetables, I would recommend mash potatoes or another accompaniment. Desserts: The Suspiro Lima and the Brownie with Lucuma Mousse. The latter is an excellent combination of the chocolate and the lucuma. Drank a nice Susana Balbi Signature Blend.

We were disappointed as we went to Francesco's thinking it was an Italian restaurant. It is really a Peruvian restaurant. Appetizers basically consisted of different types of cevice. It demonstrates the importance of looking at the restaurant's menu before going.

Lo que más nos impactó fue el servicio. Nuestro camarero fue increíble, simpático, pendiente, ágil, rápido, amable, servicial, atento a todo detalle. Nos sentimos como reinas por un día. La comida igualmente excelente. El ambiente elegante y chic. Regresamos sin duda.

Overall very nice atmosphere, elegant and great service. Good was good as you can expect in Peruvian cuisine with a slight flair to make it more gourmet. A bit on the high side price wise for what you get. But overall it was a great experience.

For such a pricey place tables should be more confortable.We had a party of four and those round tables are way to small to be confortable. Invest in better more confortable bigger tables. The size of the portions was adequate and quality of the food its top of the line.
