Italian born Chef Massimo Napoli immigrated in the USA in 1994 freshly graduated from culinary school.
After 30 years career and 20 restaurants opened and operated he decided along with his wife Carla and their children Francesca and Adriana to make Vero Beach their home.
Francesca`s Italian kitchen and Adriana`s terrace were born to celebrate the names of the kids.
Chef Massimo and his family welcomes guest in their latest venture on Ocean drive were an impeccable staff will take you in a culinary journey of authentic Italian food all set in a cozy atmosphere indoor, or a beautiful terrace outdoor.

We were on the terrace which was lovely. Our server was excellent and the food was very good.

Very good food,salads bread,veal wine all very good. Best thing is they have reasonable prices. Overall it was great we will go back before the season commences.

Overall Francesca’s was a really pleasant dining experience. Seating is mainly on an outdoor deck right on Vero Beach’s Main Street. (Inside dining, in stark contrast, is a pizzeria-like, bright room with no charm or character). The fresh, homemade dishes are delicious and interesting, and the service, while a tad slow, benefitted from the courteous, informed, and delightful demeanor of the server. Highly recommended if you sit outdoors. I’ll be back for sure.

Wonderful dinner. Each dish was special. All homemade. Server was very attentive and helpful. Dined on outdoor patio. Will be back again!

All of the dishes were good except for the caprese salad. It was stacked, tasteless tomatoes with mozzarella layered in a tower. This dish should have been set up on a plate or platter with individual slices of tomato and mozzarella. The way is was done then had only a drizzle of the balsamic over the stack so each layer was then missing that flavor. I would not recommend that salad at all. However, the pasta dishes and appetizers we got were pretty good as were the desserts. The atmosphere inside the place could be a pit nicer. We were also surprised at how small the place was. It appears more like a slightly nicer pizza restaurant with the environment. Service was very good.

The ravioli were delicious! The calamari is the best we’ve ever had. Thanks Chef for the wonderful good and Kenny for the fantastic service. We will be back!

It seems to me that without a doubt, Francesca's is the best Italian restaurant in Vero Beach, in addition to being one of the very best restaurants overall. The owner / chef Mossimo makes everything from scratch every day, so you know your food is as fresh as possible. With the opening of Adriana's Patio, there are adequate tables and service for a fairly large crowd. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. The food, service, ambiance, and overall experience is outstanding! You will not find a better Italian restaurant in Vero Beach. Dr. Brian R Bennett

Service was excellent but food was just okay. ordered veal marsala and did not care for the sauce..there was some type of spice in it that did not taste good. would not recommend this dish. Also table ordered lobster ravioli...sauce was excellent but a few of the raviolis tasted very fishy. Hormade bread was excellent. not much seating inside so definitely need to make a reservation if you go at a busy time.

Our meals were amazing, as usual. I love the consistency of quality and flavor of dishes we always order. We tried the broccolini for the first time. It was perfectly cooked, with just the right crisp. The flavor was light, which I prefer. I love that none of the dishes are overpowered, but that I can taste the natural flavors of the food. The price of my bill is always worth the experience, atmosphere, service and food. Valaria was friendly, attentive, and checked in often. A million star review as always!
