Fraiche (French for Fresh) is a fresh take on culinary fusion with inspiration from multiple cultures (including French, Cajun/Southern American, and Caribbean). This is also a fresh take on the historic architecture of the venue, which was once a theater.

Fraiche is designed to be a non-pretentious culinary destination with a nod to upscale dining without the stuffiness. The menu is constructed in a way that takes approachable and recognizable food and elevates it, with no flavor left behind!

Since the beginning of time, food has brought people together and that is our ultimate goal with this concept.

100000/10 experience. Everything was great. The host and the servers were super polite and friendly. All of the food came out fairly quick and was fresh and hot. All of the food had unique and satisfying flavoring all throughout each dish. I had the charbroiled oyster with the crab lump and lobster, the mambo flavor chicken wings, the gumbo w/ cornbread and broccolini, and thr macaroon cheesecake. Mr. MakeItHappen came to our table to chat with us and gave us suggestions. We took pictures with him. He’s a super cool guy. This was an awesome experience and I’ll definitely be back to try everything on the menu.

Although construction was going and we were seated at the bar, the vibe was great. Bartenders had amazing service and made some decent drinks. The food didn’t disappoint either! Overall I would highly recommend this spot for date nights or group outings

I absolutely loved the ambiance of the restaurant—it was warm and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a family dinner or a romantic date night. The food was truly top-tier, and the customer service was exceptional. The owner, Mr. "Make It Happen," personally visited our table several times to ensure we were satisfied with both the food and service. His genuine attention to every customer added a personal touch that made the experience even more special.

The service was great. We even got a glass of champagne on the house. The drinks were great. The sticky ribs, chicken wings and Mac and cheese were excellent. The Cornish hens was good but a little on the dry side. The steak was good but needed some salt and the broccolini was just okay. Overall the experience was good and I can’t wait to go again!

We visited Fraiche for my mom’s birthday and had an amazing experience! The food was amazing. Anything you order is an elevated experience and has very robust flavors…so you can’t go wrong. Drinks encompass unique ingredients. Please note, the restaurant did just open a week or so ago, so allow them some grace with their transition. Last but certainly not least, the customer service is impeccable! The management along with your server and waitstaff all are very hands on and diligent. They make sure your experience is one of a kind. If you haven’t been outside lately but want to get out, make it a night out at Fraiche.

Overral the food was superb : we had the oxtail meatballs, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, fried snapper, lamb chops and garlic noodles. Everything was delicious and flavorful. 10/10

LOVED EVERYTHING!!! 10 10 10 across the board. Another 10 for the drinks. Wow. We truly enjoyed our food. The charbroiled oysters are a must. And the oxtail meatballs were crazy good! That snapper tho…Yall SNAPPED! Mac and cheese, garlic noodles, and that steak perfectly made! I had zero complaints. The bread pudding. Stole the show! Keep going yall. And Melissa was the best server EVER!!!!

The experience was amazing. The food, the service and the atmosphere were inmates. Shantell was our server and she was so accommodating and also gave us recommendations (as we wanted everything on the menu). Shantell was an excellent server and came with a warm, positive attitude. We also met the owners and they were great as well. I am definitely coming back. The food was so amazing and there are still things I want to try for sure.

Dining at Fraiche was nothing short of an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting ambiance set the tone for what would be an incredible evening. The owners were very hands on, ensuring that we felt welcomed and attended to, which added such a personal touch to the experience. The food was phenomenal. And let's talk about the bartender- an absolute star. Great experience!!!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful meal here. We had the risotto and gumbo and both were delicious. The deviled eggs were also great.
