There were little problems but we think was due to new staff and they were overwelmed by the crowds of people but overall they pulled through it just fine.....

Took 45 minutes to get our drinks. Waited 20 minutes to speak to a server. Food and drinks were mid. This was a birthday celebration and the staff didn’t care at all.

This is the third time going to the restaurant after the baseball game, and the food is great, the people watching is fun but the area is loud.

Music was WAY too loud. It negatively overshadowed the dining experience for all the people at the table. To the point I would consider not going back. I don’t understand why the menu was only available by phone? Is that a thing in Toronto now? If so it really shouldn’t be. Overall food, service and decor was really good. No kids menu. Too bad. So my daughter didn’t enjoy her pasta…too “burnt on top” (but that’s not really indicative of the food…more of a desire for a more kiddie kids menu) and said the music level was only acceptable from outside and across the street. Waitress was really patient and pleasant. My pepperoni pizza had WAY too many pepperonis on it though. Like a laughable amount. It resulted in a soggy greasy pool. I would not order it again, unless I was a ninja turtle….maybe. I would have sent it back but I am not in the habit of wasting food. My other daughter enjoyed the shepards pie. Mozzarella sticks were good.

Service was slow. Had to remind server when she forgot twice the drinks we had ordered. Chicken fingers were not good. Only took one bite. We were not asked how things were. Server was very pleasant. We will return & try again.
