Welcome to Fox and Finch, where customers can enjoy everything from leisurely lunches and lazy brunches to Sunday roasts and evening cocktails. The kitchen is led by head chef Simon White who uses a charcoal Bertha Oven in the rear garden to offer diners a unique experience.

We’re honoured to have become a part of the Godalming community and are looking forward to sharing all our hard work with local residents.

We were in Godalming for the weekend and visited this pub firstly on the Saturday and then again for Sunday lunch. On Saturday, we were greeted by the Manager, Ethan so was very nice, we had a light lunch and a couple of drinks. Perfect. On the Sunday, we had a full roast dinner and lovely wine. We were not disappointed. The roast dinner was by far, the best roast dinner we've had for as long as we can remember. It was superb. Flawless. After dinner, we sat in the garden which was very nice and had more wine! A special mention to Niall (the Assistant Manager I believe) who is very professional and a lovely guy. I hope to be moving to the area in the near future and I can safely say, I will be visiting often. I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Maria you were mentioned by a couple of the team and guests during the week, you are the amazing one as all I heard were lovely comments about you and Simon from Niall and Tracy who you met in the garden, we can't wait to see you again when you move in to the village

We were a party of 4 - 3 adults and a child there for dinner. The welcome was warm and the food was clearly freshly cooked and delicious . Would recommend the Fox and Finch.

I had booked this pub to watch the France Euros game as we had a French family come over the day before a wedding and was absolutely thrilled with the service and ambience of the place. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and it was a very chilled evening watching the game in a lovely beer garden. The food was great and the family all said they had a great evening...thank you!

We had a lovely meal, and appreciated the recommendations re food , had been recommended by a friend to eat there and we weren't disappointed.

Another excellent experience at the Fox n Finch - made all the more enjoyable by the exceptional staff (shout out to Ethan and Sam for taking care of us and treating us like family!) I had fish n chips (delish!) and my partner had the beef burger - we then fought over who had the best chips (I’m a chunky chip gal) and great spot for couples and families alike (dog friendly as well!) - service is everything and you’ll certainly get brilliant service from Ethan and the team at FnF Godalming
