As the heartbeat of our Resort and gateway to the new Four Seasons Resort Nevis experience, EsQuilina will offer a bustling and interactive breakfast buffet in the morning and a Mediterranean-inspired menu, featuring a giant crudo bar with raw seafood and charcuterie, fresh fish grilled in a wood fire and more regional delights. The restaurant will also feature a Chef’s Counter allowing for an interactive and intimate dinner with the chefs, giving guests a more personal dining experience.

The food was delicious! Best hummus we have ever had for an appetizer! The staff was attentive and friendly.

I was lucky enough to dine here for my 20th birthday and it was amazing. I loved the food, the service and the ambience was so inviting. The birthday desert was the highlight of the evening and I can't wait to return.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner. The food was delicious and the servers were very attentive. It was expensive but that is expected when staying at the Four Seasons

We were not allowed to dine in EsQuilina. It was closed Tuesday and Thursday’s. Wasn’t listed on open table that way.

The outside tables were very nice for breakfast. It was a little loud inside due to the buffet.

You must try the Chef Table with Chef Eddy. Amazing food, beautiful presentation and even went out of his way to accommodate y husbands KETO diet. Wonderful does not even begin to accurately describe.

We booked a reservation on Jan. 15 with confirmation. Showed up for dinner and was told that the restaurant is closed Tuesdays and Fridays. Our reservation was made for a Friday. They asked if we had been notified of the restaurant being closed. We said "no". I do not understand why a restaurant at the Four Seasons would not be checking their Open Table reservations and manage them appropriately.

Food was great - particularly the burrata and heirloom tomato salad. Mahi mahi was also perfectly sized and delicious. Only downside - no breeze on the balcony. So a little stuffy
