Located conveniently on Metro’s Silver Line, Founding Farmers Reston Station is a great gathering place for locals, nearby businesses, and commuters. Open 365 days a year, our culinary crew crafts dishes and drinks from scratch with simple, high-quality ingredients from farmers and suppliers we know and trust.

Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekday happy hour; enjoy our decadent weekend Farmers Market Buffet Brunch; or simply grab a cup of our house-roasted coffee and a scratch-made treat from our First Bake Cafe.

Majority owned by American family farmers, including the more than 50,000 farmers of the North Dakota Farmers Union, our restaurant is guided by a very simple principal: we see and share everything Through The Eyes Of The Farmer.™ We actively care about our guests, our communities, the planet, and the next generation. Was not a great visit - waited so long to have someone come by to bring take our drink order that we contemplated leaving. When we did order, they were out of two items we tried to order. Food came and it meh. The chicken was good, the lettuce was wilted and sad looking. Just generally not an awesome visit.

The service was great. The food was not. The grits were undercooked and too spicy/peppery and inedible. The chicken apple sausage had a funny taste and was not edible. I totally overpaid because all I ate was an egg.

Table on arrival was dirty and hostess just handed us the cloth to clean it and the seat which was kinda of a turn off. The buffet needs breakfast breads as well.

Went for the Sunday brunch to celebrate my birthday. Choices were good, but the quality of the food was not as good as I remember it in the past. Ordered two Eggs Benedict, which took forever to get there. The manager did offer a $10 future credit and a box of chocolates, which was a welcome gesture. Service was excellent.

Service not very good and seating was uncomfortably tight. Food was good, but overall hampered by the experience.

This is a warning not to be seated under the tree outside - so many birds overhead and they starting pooping on our appetizer of bread/butter. We asked to move tables ...replacement bread would have been nice but not offered. Squash ravioli came in a sea of butter and without much taste. The squash spaghetti was ok. Coke is served by the can so no refill. It felt overpriced for a mediocre meal.
