Bien que notre restaurant est alimenté par des centaines de fermes familiales, cela ne veut pas dire que nous connaissons chaque ferme, et cela ne signifie pas que nous ne devons pas acheter des produits de la chaîne d'approvisionnement traditionnelle, toutefois nous nous efforçons d’aligner nos dépenses avec nos valeurs fondamentales.
Nous servons la meilleure nourriture possible, faite de A à Z dans nos cuisines quotidiennement. Nos plats américains, innovants sont principalement fais avec des ingrédients du terroir, honorant les agriculteurs et leur travail.

Very pleasant lunch at Founding Farmers - outside dining. Atmosphere was very good, also it wasn't too loud, service was quite good. Food was mostly ok/not great. The salt on the outside table didn't work - too hydrated from being outside. The replacement was the same! Italian salad was fairly bland, as was the risotto (scallops meuniere). Devilish eggs also were bland - needed to be better spiced. Virgin Mary's were tasty and well spiced. Cappuccino was excellent.

Food was good. Our server, David, was attentive and personable. We mentioned how bad the salt and pepper grinders were and he apologized and said they’ve been like that for years….maybe it’s time to find some new ones? Overall, we were happy with our experience.

Our dinner on Sunday evening was for a party of 10. The service was slow, inattentive, and overall lack luster. Sadly, the food wasn't much better. For this price point and party size we were expecting the food to be on point. The food quality was excellent however, most of our dishes were too salty. Going forward, I would recommend the kitchen to taste their food before sending out to the customer. In the future, we would reconsider dining here if the service and food were improved. At this time, we would not recommend or dine at Founding Farmers, there are better options all around the area.

We had reservations for brunch, for 6 people. We were seated in the upstairs area. VERY low ceilings and extremely dimmed lighting paired with unbearable noise decibel. Service was lackluster. One person in our party only wanted scrambled eggs and they brought out a small clear bowl with literally a scoop of eggs. This presentation was so unappealing and unappetizing that my guest politely refused to touch it. Will not be back to this location again. The Tysons location seems more on par with what we expect as far as food and service.

We have been to this location many times. Typically the food is a little better. Very disappointed in the crab cakes. Would not recommend. Drink was watered down. Service was friendly and attentive. However, the food was brought out by a different server and he did not bring both meals at the same time. Very awkward to sit there for a few minutes while the other meal comes out. Desserts were very good. Blueberry pie and chocolate cake.
